A harrowing reminder on how quickly life can change. These people are so very lucky to be alive. And what an amazing pilot to have kept his composure to land as he did.
Completely coincidentally, this amazing event happened when the world--the U.S., in particular--needed a hero. We needed to believe miracles can still happen and that there are great people making sound decisions. There's a reason that Sully has been so thoroughly feted, eh?

Quite incredible. I watched a documentary about this the other day. The captain's reactions and decision making were incredible.S
The stim is quite good. Truly an amazing landing.
Just amazing. I was noticed with a Twitt just some second after.
Happy Weekend :-)

I watched a show not too long ago (I think it was 60 Minutes) and they called him a true Hero. I agree :)
The composure of every person involved is so remarkable, isn't it?
